Law Office of Gary S. Rose (retired)

Gary S. Rose is retired.  He served as a neutral evaluator and mediator of insurance disputes, and advised non-profit organizations. He no longer accepts new clients.

He litigated property, casualty, life, health, disability, long-term care and Medicare supplement disputes, as well as major litigation arising out of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake, and the 1991 Oakland Hills Firestorm. Mr. Rose also prosecuted, as well as defended, personal injury claims, employment-related torts, and construction defects claims.

Mr. Rose graduated in 1978 from the University of Santa Clara, School of Law, with honors. Mr. Rose served as an arbitrator for the Santa Clara Superior Court, and was a book consultant and panelist for the California Continuing Education of the Bar. Mr. Rose also participated as a speaker on insurance law at a number of programs, including those sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Law Section.
