Estate Planning

Do you need a will, a trust, life insurance, all of these?

The most important factor in estate planning is you and what your priorities are for distribution of your estate when that time comes. To implement your values, we look at both the current and future needs of you and your family in selecting the instruments and provisions you need.

Every body needs a will, but not every body needs a trust, or 2 or 3 trusts. We explain the trade-offs and make recommendations for your particular situation, but the final decision is yours.

Other documents we recommend you have are a power-of-attorney for property and an advanced health care directive.
